Advice for after you get in to an accident:
- Be aware that regardless of where your insurance company recommends repairs be completed, it is your final choice which repair facility to use.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of paint and body repairs, please do not come for your vehicle until we have called you and told you that repairs have been completely finished, or without calling us to check progress.
- Some state laws require insurance carriers to include lien holders on insurance checks. Please inspect your insurance payment check and be sure that all necessary endorsements are included on all checks at the time of the vehicle pick-up.
- Also necessary at the time of pick-up is payment in full for any insurance deductibles, insurance bettterment charges, any additional repairs paid by customer, any and all customer pay charges or warranty deductibles.
- Due to a wide variance from one estimate to another, if your repair is being paid for by an insurance company, please be sure to provide us with a copy of your insurance estimate. If we are to repair a veicle by our estimate, please inform us of this request.
- prior to obtaining a reservation for any repairs, please in1quire as to the parts availability. We need parts at the shop prior to reservation date.
- Although we will make every effort to get parts in a speedy manner, parts are ordered from the manufacturer, and we cannot accept responsibility for parts delays or availability.
